The lot has been cleared and prepared for the new home, with footings successfully. Currently, the block foundation walls are in the process of being completed, laying a strong base for the construction ahead.

The floor framing is nicely in this photograph. Next, we'll move on to the subfloor installation, followed by the construction of the walls. Exciting times are ahead as we to build!

It's exciting to see the exterior walls complete as we move on to stick framing the roof. We believe that this not only demands a higher level of skill but also results in a stronger and more durable finished product. This home has a simple roof that spans around 3,300 square feet. Once the structure is finished, we will move on to sheeting the roof to create strong foundation. Following that, we will focus on building the front rear covered porches, which will improve the home's outdoor living area.

Exciting progress is being made as we near the completion of the exterior! The roofing, exterior siding, and trim are all coming together.
