February 2026 -Rebuilding New Garage Access Stairs.

We removed the original garage access stairs as they had separated from the band joist of the home. The were unusable and unsafe. After meeting with the owners, the decided on a more modern look with updated materials, using Trex (R) decking in a mitered border and Valspar translucent stain on the stringers. The stair risers are also Trex (R) decking installed with a custom end cap.  

New stair stringers installed and first coat of transparent stain applied.
